Genom \u00e5ren har ett antal alltmer avancerade vindtunnlar utvecklats hand i hand med alltmer avancerad teknik f\u00f6r str\u00f6mningssimulering (CFD).<\/p>\n<p>En nyinvigd vindtunnel m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r att str\u00f6mningsprov kan genomf\u00f6ras p\u00e5 skalmodeller p\u00e5 ett realistiskt s\u00e4tt, vilket \u00e4r mycket viktigt f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 str\u00f6mningsdetaljer som transition eller v\u00e4rmelaster korrekta vid modellering.<br \/>\nHur en uppstr\u00f6msturbin p\u00e5verkar str\u00f6mningen \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 av kritisk betydelse f\u00f6r en noggrann modellering; den nya riggen ger fantastiska m\u00f6jligheter att studera v\u00e4xelverkan mellan dessa fenomen.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2995 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/innovair.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/CTH-vindtunnel-1024x685.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"685\" srcset=\"https:\/\/innovair.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/CTH-vindtunnel-1024x685.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/innovair.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/CTH-vindtunnel-300x201.jpg 300w, https:\/\/innovair.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/CTH-vindtunnel-768x514.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tunneln \u00e4r av typen \u201dannul\u00e4r, roterande kaskad\u201d och den s\u00e4tter spets p\u00e5 Chalmers fluidlabb. Chalmers fluidlabb verkar inom ett brett f\u00e4lt fr\u00e5n medicin till energi och arkitektur med en tonvikt p\u00e5 transportforskning och framf\u00f6rallt flyg.
