Det europeiska excellensnätverket för Environmentally Compatible Air Transport System (ECATS) håller den fjärde ECATS-konferensen om hållbart flyg 24–26 oktober 2023 i Delft, Nederländerna, tillsammans med Delfts tekniska universitet.
Konferensprogrammet täcker sju nyckelområden inom hållbar luftfart:
- airport air quality;
- alternative fuels;
- climate impact and mitigation options;
- green flights;
- sustainable aircraft and propulsion technology;
- recycling and whole lifecycle;
- high-speed aviation.
Förutom föredrag kommer konferensen att innehålla en serie tematiska sessioner för att möjliggöra djupgående diskussioner.

Deadline for abstracts is 30th of June but there will very likely be an extension of two weeks. The conference will arrange a special edition with a journal of good quality, soon to be announced. Full papers will be expected only after the conference. The deadline for full paper is not set but it would be expected another 2–3 months’ time after the end of the conference. Hence likely in January 2024. Depending on the quality of the abstract and relevance to the conference topics you will be invited to speak at the conference or present a poster.
